I loved the place so much I HAD to rebook for my last trip. The location is super practical, less then a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes, and pier. The place is small but is mainly for solo travelers or for 2. I feel as though I can speak on everyone's behalf when I say that this little place has everything you need. Half way through my stay the owners reached out to make sure that I found everything well and asked if there were any questions or concerns. They kept communication very clear, quick, and professional. I would always recommend this cozy little studio for anyone needing a nice place to stay. I promise you 100% get your moneys worth.

Direct access to the pier and beach, a short 5 minute to 10 minute walk depending on your fitness level and age. I stayed with my 75 year old mom, the steps were hard for her but other than that beautiful place. Loved the ocean view and leaving the patio door open allows fresh breezes and the calming. sound of the waves to trickle in. I would stay again.

This space had everything we needed, and the beach being so close was the cherry on top. Would recommend Kseniia’s spot to anyone looking, she is so accommodating and it was a great place to stay!

San Clemente is a beautiful town. One of the best beach towns in the world. Beautiful Spanish revival architecture, friendly people and lots of owner-occupied restaurants and shops. And Kseniia's place is right in the middle. We visit San Clemente every year, and Kseniia's place has the best ocean view of any place we have stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Kseniia's place in San Clemente. The balcony with the ocean view was such a bonus. We had everything we needed while we were there. Very roomy. Ksensiia was very quick to respond and gave excellent instructions before our visit. She even provided beach chairs which was a game changer for me!

Adoramos ficar os 08 dias em San Clement e no apartamento da Kseniia tivemos todos os recursos necessários, destaca-se pela maravilhosa vista do mar e do pier e foi muito bom tomar café da manhã com aquela vista. A comunicado é fácil e rápida. A localização é central e como descrita há poucos minutos com uma caminha a pé até à praia e ao Pier de San Clement e ainda pudemos contar com os acessórios de praia como cadeiras e guarda sol. Voltaremos com certeza !!!

Really lovely spot. Very comfortable for two people and our pup! We were very grateful of the added dog accommodations (had a bowl and treats ready for our Nora). 🐶 All instructions were very clear and thorough- entry access was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

We have stayed at a lot of air b n b’s in San Clemente and this was by far one of our favorites. Not only was the view amazing but the condo felt very homey and spacious. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future!

My husband and I were there to see family and friends. We just love San Clemente. It's so charming and love the proximity of the water from the beach. We are from Huntington Beach originally. We chose this location for the view, private balcony and location. We were pleasantly surprised! The home was spotless and so inviting. We loved all the charging stations as well. TV is huge - perfect for some football. We had every amenity we needed. I could live on the balcony! Great shower and comfortable bed. We walked everywhere. The Fisherman, Nick's, Coastal Cowboy for an amazing smash burger and my favorite of all, Chaupin! Best pastries around! We also were given the option to extend our stay or have late checkout for a nice discounted price. Kseniia was very communicative and friendly. Definitely would stay again!
