Great for one or two travelers looking to be within walking distance of the beach/pier for a reasonable cost. As a bonus, they had free beach gear available for use. The unit is nicely updated. Only downside is the only window/sliding glass door face the staircase used to get to the upper units so you’ll probably end up keeping the curtains closed for privacy which eliminates any natural light (that said, the staircase had very little traffic while I stayed there). So it’s a great base camp, but it might not be a place where you want to just hang out all day.

Was a great location - about a 2 minute walk to the pier/beach. Very peaceful with a beautiful view. Host was very responsive and clear with instructions. Would stay here again!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay, the Airbnb was exactly as described. The views are amazing and so close to the beach, and so much to do in town. Super clean stay, with lots of great amenities and some very communicative hosts!

What a little jewel this place is, loved the place, the attention to details with the shower gel, shampoo and good brand lotion, Loved the location and how friendly everyone was on the property! Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Definitely will be back as we are Orange County residents and this was a great local get away!

This cozy condo is conveniently located walking distance to San Clemente Pier and Del Mar. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family especially enjoyed the stunning sunset view from the balcony, kitchen, and living room area. The main bedroom even has a little peekaboo ocean view! Truly a gem! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Even better than the photos! Perfect location and nice ambiance. Sofa bed is also comfortable - cool usage of space in bathroom. Unbelievable view from balcony. A super deal, and only about .25 miles from shops and restaurants. We would book again 1000%

I will 100% stay here again! This place was SOOO clean and the host was so nice and great with communication! this is the perfect place for anyone traveling alone or with a partner. I felt super safe and it’s in a great area!

Wonderful location with less than a 5 min walk to the pier and 10 min walk to downtown. Beach chairs and towels were a great addition as we forgot ours. This was a last minute booking for us and Kseniia was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

San Clemente is a beautiful town. One of the best beach towns in the world. Beautiful Spanish revival architecture, friendly people and lots of owner-occupied restaurants and shops. And Kseniia's place is right in the middle. We visit San Clemente every year, and Kseniia's place has the best ocean view of any place we have stayed.
